Freak Out Interactive produces mature interactive fiction, including violence, strong language and adult themes. You may only create an account or use the app if you are at least 18 years old and of legal age in the place you live.

You confirm your age when you sign up. Giving a false confirmation is a breach of these terms and we may close the account without notice.

Stories are generated by an AI model in response to what you write. Output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unlike anything a human would write. Nothing produced in a scenario is advice — medical, legal, financial or otherwise — and it does not represent the views of the operator.

You choose an intensity level for each scenario. Raising it produces stronger material. You are responsible for the level you set and for stopping when you want to stop.

You must not use Freak Out Interactive to create, request or store:

• Any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a real person without their consent.
• Material intended to harass, threaten, defame or impersonate a real, identifiable person.
• Instructions for real-world violence, weapons, or other seriously harmful activity.
• Anything unlawful where you live, or anything that breaks the model provider's rules.

Automated and manual safety systems may refuse or interrupt a scenario. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

Accounts are for one person. Do not share access with anyone under 18.

Your scenarios, messages, preferences and the things the app learns about how you like to play are stored against your account so they are there next time you sign in. Your prompts are sent to an AI model provider so a reply can be generated.

You can edit or delete individual memories, reset your preferences to their defaults, and delete any scenario along with its history from inside the app. Deleting a scenario removes its messages.

The app is provided as-is. Features can change, and access can be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may update these terms; the version date at the top will change and continued use means you accept the update.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Freak Out Interactive, or for reliance on anything an AI-generated story says. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Freak Out Interactive is owned and was created by Nathaniel Mason Jordan. The name, branding, design, written content, product concept and underlying implementation are his property and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, clone, rebrand, resell, reverse engineer or otherwise reproduce Freak Out Interactive or any substantial part of it without his prior written permission. Any attempt to steal, misappropriate or pass off this creation as your own will be subject to legal review and, where appropriate, formal legal action.
